Andreas(Andy):

Andy known for his marketing and communication skills has been the captain of the crew and a key factor that has brought IdealMindz this far. An MBA (Information Systems) Graduate from Cambridge University, He also has over 5+ years of experience, Andy served in Coimbatore’s biggest IT Firm CGVAK for over 4+years as a part of the management team and handled the Marketing team. He has a great exposure to the US, UK and Australian market and has a passion towards marketing, a man with dynamic ideas and wonderful negotiation skills. A person who is always investigating what the target market actually wants in is own terms he describes it as finding out what the community wants from the church. Andy Always focuses on determining what the overall approach of the organization will be in terms of how people see it will it be seen as “youthful / traditional / innovative?” His main vision for IdealMindz is developing and providing services to meet the community’s needs efficiently and effectively. Apart from the management skills he also is a professional Bassist, he has an immense passion towards music, He also has a music band that is involved in performing for Gospel meetings and Christian weddings. In the years to come he looks at constructing a Orphanage and Old age home to help many who are in need and have no hope in what the future holds for them. His only aim and ambition in life is to serve the God he trusts in and to make earn a lots of money that he will be able to accomplish his dream of helping many. He always says that he is most grateful God almighty, his wife and His Family for what he is today.

Betsy Andreas:

The editor and content writer for the Idealmindz crew, She has been the main force behind the  formation of IdealMindz, A Bsc, Visual Communication graduate from C.S.I Bishop Appasamy College of Arts and science. A super talented person who takes care of all the administration in the office and takes care of all the Radio Jingles and anything related to recording. She has an amazing voice and looks at releasing an album in the year 2010. A person who can be nominated for the Spelling Bee contest she also takes care of the proof reading.
Betsy has an immense passion towards Music, event management, travel and tourism and public relations. A person with a heart to help the poor and needy, Her only dream for the company is that she wants Idealmindz to be a company that provides the best of services in the advertising Industry and with whatever profit is made from it must be used to help the poor and those in need. She has the gift of making friends with people very easily which serves as a great asset in getting to know more people and clients.
Betsy has over 2+ Years of experience as an accent trainer and a soft skill trainer and also looks at training more students for IELTS exams etc. Her other desire is to teach a lot of talented students to master the language of English as it sometimes acts as a barrier for them to  flourish in their areas of interest.

Thirunavukarasu:

Thirunavukkarasu, who prefers to be called Arasu is one of the managing partner of Idealmindz, he takes care of the offices in the Erode and Tirupur Localities. An MSc Software Engineer from RVS College of engineering, Also an entrepreneur of a business called Veera Fly Ash (Veeraflyash.com) a company that produces an alternate and better replacement instead of bricks for building. Arasu has also worked as an assistant director for a couple of movies in the Tamil cinema industry, He has also finished his multimedia course with animaster and also worked as a 2D and 3 D modeller for an animation company in Bangalore. Andy and Arasu have been childhood friends and have had a long-term desire to start a company of their own which they have finally accomplished. Arasu says that his aim is to ensure that Idealmindz gains its recognition as one of the leading companies in India and that they are working towards that.

J Prince David Dawson:

Prince a multi-talented person who gained his degree in visual communication a student from Bishop Appasamy College and has awide range of experience in working with various sectors right from internet research to pro-Technical services and of course doing a lot of part time photography.

Prince has over 4 plus years of work experience and has been working with companies like Allsec, 365 Media and Dell Computers for the international market.

A wonderful artist with amazing skills and creativity and an expert in Adobe Photoshop CS4.

Right from college Prince has a special interest towards photography which he has mastered today and has bunch of photos that are absolutely stunning and captivating. While in college if at all there was any function or ceremony going on one could be sure that Prince was there clicking the moments as they happen.

Some of his specialties in photography are ingenious macro, portraits, Pet photography, product, Industrial and fashion photography among the others. Digital photography, High Dynamic range (HDR) conversions and Digital fractal enlargements are also some of his specialties.

Apart from his photographic talent he also has other interests such a Internet researching, music collection, collecting various computer software, 2D designing and illustration pencil art rendering and technical prowess with the automobile section.

With his immense knowledge in computer hardware and installation he takes care of all the computer related issues here in Idealmindz.

Currently Prince mainly focuses on the Branding and Media Sector and is looking at providing high quality branding services to all our clients.

Idealmindz is very happy and proud to have such a talented person as a part of their family.

Xavier Sathish:

Xavier Joined IdealMindz a couple of months back when Andy was discussing with him on his Ideas and thoughts of starting up a Creative and Impressive Studio in the city of Coimbatore. Xavier with no hesitation or negative feedback was happy about the ideal and also offered to be a part of the IdealMindz Crew to take care of the Photography and Video work. Xavier has over 4+ years of experience in photography and video editing and has been working with the leading studios in the Nilgiris. Some of the special talents that Xavier has are, he measures like an engineer, thinks like a philosopher and sees the world like a poet.
He always says the best photos are those which you haven’t taken yet. a person whose Photography and sincerity work together hand in hand his Photography is somewhere on the way that leads from the crossing of art and techniques. He believes that photograph not only “is” something, but “means” something too. For instance while clicking a Photograph of a flower he first learns what the flower is, and then photographs it.
His famous Quote is “Don’t judge the photographer by his camera, but by his photos”. 
A man of Simplicity and fun, his trigger-button is small, but it does bring down many great illusions.

Sathish:

Sathish the man behind all the designing work in Idealmindz and talented and dynamic person who has an immense passion towards the multimedia field. A master in Photo-shop and corel Draw. Sathish looks at developing his skills not only as a design architect but also as a specialist in the field of Print and media. Sathish says that he is very happy to be a part the idealmindz family and is looking forward to much more growth he can give this company and also improvise his skill sets.
